We design a controlled 128 Bit Ripple Carry Adder (RCA) based on Dual Mode Logic (DML).
This will enable us to operate the RCA in static save power mode or in dynamic fast mode when necessary according to the control circuit. The two modes different Critical-Path will operate under the worst-case in the same frequency
